6. Limitation of Liability
The Company and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruptions, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal. The Company’s liability, in any case, will not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Portal at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your failure to comply with these Terms of Use. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease.

8. Intellectual Property

If you no longer wish to maintain an account or accept these Terms, you may terminate your account by contacting the Company via the designated support email. Failure to accept updated terms will result in the immediate cessation of your access to the Portal.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State where the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
