6. Limitation of Liability
The Company and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruptions, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal. The Company’s liability, in any case, will not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
